MANILA, Philippines—If you happen to be on Padre Faura Street in Manila, there is an interesting showroom—located at the ground floor of Robinsons Place Residences’ Tower 2—that tries to take you to another place, 600 kilometers away.
The showroom features two model units that will be offered by AmiSa, Robinson Land Corp.’s upcoming master-planned community and leisure estate in Mactan Island, Cebu.
Each model unit features a unique interior design concept that leads one to a spacious balcony where one could imagine himself relaxing while getting completely enthralled by the seascape.
While the studio unit fuses modern-day comforts with rustic charm of uniquely designed pieces of furniture, the one-bedroom unit tries to delight visitors with its white, cream, sand and brown color motifs that perfectly match turquoise accented walls and seashell artworks.
Unique place
Indeed, AmiSa promises to be a unique place.
Located on a peninsula at the northeastern tip of Mactan island, the development will feature high-rise havens—two 18-story, two 14-story and two eight-story residential condominiums, a hotel and even a gaming center.
The cool blue and white color motifs that will dominate each building structure pays tribute to Australia’s Gold Coast, a popular beach destination.
The five-hectare development offers a commanding view of Magellan Bay to the northwest and the Camotes Sea to the north, east and south.
“It’s like living in a luxury high rise surrounded by the sea. Aside from such beautiful surroundings, one will also appreciate how AmiSa will perfectly balance modern amenities and the old charm of island living,” described Raoul Littaua, SVP for sales and marketing of RLC Residential Building Division.
Aside from AmiSa’s 170-meter white, sandy beach front, the development will also feature two expansive pools (facing the beach), tree-lined bike and jogging paths, pocket parks, as well as sports activity areas.
“As RLC’s first high-end real estate venture in Cebu, the beach resort amenities and facilities within the development is set to raise the community living standard in the province,” he said.
Littaua added that with RLC’s expertise in mix-use community development and hotel operations, AmiSa promises to provide the perfect home as well as an ideal beach getaway for homebuyers and vacationers needing respite from the bustle of the city or those who wish reward or pampering after years of work in the city or living abroad.
After all, AmiSa is a Sanskrit term that refers to an object of enjoyment, according to Littaua.
