WE watched her grow up to become the style icon she is today.
From media darling to UN ambassador to fresh-faced stylista, KC Concepcion seems to be on a conquering roll. Here, she gives us a peek into her life and style—from A to Z.
A-accessories
KC is a chameleon when it comes to styling. Her accessories play a big role in diversifying her look in a jiffy—from punk-rock princess to sophisticated young lady.
B-Bayo
As Bayo’s brand ambassador, KC has been able to express different looks, from girl-next-door to sultry summer temptress.
C-Chucks & Chloé
KC never misses out on the latest Chuck Taylors around. Ditto with great Chloé shoes, which definitely top the list of her favorite things.
D-denim
Denim is essential, especially on her trips as UN ambassador for Hunger.
E-eyewear
She can’t live without a pair of sunnies. Sunglasses in different shades, shapes and sizes are the easiest way to give any outfit a cool feel.
F-fit
KC will take a well-fitted dress over a trendy ensemble any time.
G-grooming
Good grooming is as basic as ABC!
H-headbands
For a busy girl like KC, all it takes to keep her hair from her face is a stylish headband. It’s an accessory that marries function and style effortlessly.
I-investment pieces
Coco Chanel once said “Fashion fades but style is forever.” KC invests in time-tested pieces. One of her favorites is the classic Chanel 2.55 bag.
J-jewelry As the daughter of the Megastar, KC absolutely knows her jewelry.
K-killer heels
KC owns a sea of shoes. She loves to wear sky-high heels—none below 3 inches!
L-little black dress and large black bag
All girls must have a perfect little black dress in their closet, and a large black bag, too! These two are major wardrobe essentials for KC.
M-man’s white shirt
The man’s white shirt is probably the most versatile piece for both genders. It can also be a sexy outfit. KC likes to wear hers tied in front to show off her flat tummy.
N-nail polish
No matter how busy KC gets, she always makes sure she has pretty nail polish on.
O-one-piece suits and overalls
One-piece suits and overalls look great on KC. They channel the ’70s retro chick in her.
P-pretty in pink
Pink is every girl’s favorite color. As much as KC loves the “rock star” vibe, there are days when the girly girl in her shines through, and that’s when anything pink comes in handy.
Q-quirky prints
KC is never a wallflower. She stands out by sporting quirky prints.
R-red lipstick
KC looks divine in red lipstick, which lends her look that old Hollywood glamour.
S-scarves
Scarves help keep KC warm, as she travels a lot. She loves printed and colorful ones. Scarves also add color and life to a somber outfit.
T-traveling
KC loves traveling and the opportunity it offers to broaden her horizons.
U-United Nation’s World Food Program Ambassador
You may see her dressed to the nines on TV and commercials, but KC also has a down-to-earth, no-frills style, especially when she travels to different provinces as part of her work for the World Food Program. She is usually in jeans, sneakers and a cut-out WFP T-shirt and cap.
V-vibrant colors
A young star like her graces gala events throughout the year, for which she wears dresses in vibrant hues.
W-watches and the works
KC values her time, as she is a very busy woman on the go. Her watches are always stylish, elegant.
X-clusive
KC loves Pinoy couture! Recently at the Bill Clinton Global Initiative, she wore a contemporary terno by Lulu Tan Gan.
Y-yoga wear
A busy girl like KC still finds time to exercise and meditate for well-being and a balanced life. Yoga is a fave activity; she loves cool yoga wear.
Z-zippered hoodies
She has a closet full of hoodies for rainy days. Zippered hoodies are a necessity especially with unpredictable weather like ours.
