‘For them to become eco-friendly’
1. For my kids to be more exposed. More experiential learning rather than just academics in the classroom.
2. Get my kids hooked into any sport and excel in it.
3. For them to learn independence so that they won’t depend too much on yayas or tutors.
4. For them to balance work and play.
5. For them to learn how to be eco-friendly.

‘More opportunities to travel’
1. For my girls have to have a healthy baby brother this year.
2. For more opportunities to travel here and abroad with family and relatives. That way they will discover the many beautiful places of the Philippines as well as learn new cultures in other countries.
3. They will also learn self-reliance and independence from household help.
4. For them to share their blessings with others.
5. For them to appreciate our planet more and consciously help conserve and recycle.

‘A hobby or sport to be passionate about’
1. The habit of doing homework soon after they get home from school.
2. Competent teachers who will inspire them and nurture their love for learning.
3. Memorable weekends with family at their lola's new beach home.
4. To discover an interest, a hobby or a sport that they can get passionate about.
5. A mom who is patient, attentive and energetic since their dad already is.

‘That they learn to forgive our mistakes’
1. We hope for more peace and love among our three daughters and less debates or “Manny Pacquiao” matches, where the winner is smiling victoriously and the not-so-lucky sister is left crying.
2. We hope that our children learn that with more independence comes more responsibility, like when they are given spending money for school supplies or food, that they put their money in a safe place to avoid loss or theft.
3. We hope they remember where they put their favorite pen or toy, school ID’s, books, homework, so we will not have daily hunting expeditions for the “misplaced” items that can sometimes turn the household crew into a frantic frenzy of screams of blame/questions of why didn’t you tell us last night instead of now, 20 minutes before school starts.
4. We hope our kids learn to forgive us (their parents) for making mistakes and being less than perfect like “misplacing” their important school reply slip that they need ASAP or else they get minus points for each day it is late.
5. We hope they discover that the Internet has more to offer than just Yahoo Messenger, Multiply, Webkins, video games and movies.
