TV Maria
TV Maria can now be viewed on Dream Satellite on Channel l2, Destiny Cable on Channel 93, Channel l60 on Sky Cable, and 200 cable companies in the provinces. From my interview with Msgr. Jose Clemente Ignacio, director of TV Maria, I gathered that Fr. James B. Reuter, SJ, did a lot to mobilize Catholic organizations and schools to join TV Maria for its first airing.
For Lent, TV Maria has scheduled a recollection with Bishop Ambo David, Stations of the Cross for different ministries in the Archdiocese of Maria, and ?Salita ng Diyos, Salita ng Buhay? program.
Fr. Joselito Jopsom, parish priest of San Guillermo church in Buting, Pasig City, is the program director. Fr. Jojo Buenafe, professor at San Carlos Seminary, is operations director.

The San Lorenzo Global Ministry presents a one-hour program on the devotion of Fil-Americans in New York to San Lorenzo Ruiz in TV Maria on May l0. Host is Fr. Erno Diaz who has propagated the devotion in New York since l98l. The Fiesta Mass of San Lorenzo Ruiz on Sept. 28, 2008 at St. Patrick Cathedral will be aired.
