Inner Awareness
‘My husband saw me dying’

THESE ARE among the questions in my email:

My husband has the gift of seeing the future. A few months ago, he ?saw? me dying while in labor. Since then that has been my constant worry. He believes this is a warning sign but it can be altered. Is he right? Can one alter these visions?

NAME WITHHELD UPON REQUEST

Don?t take literally visions of death, accidents or other tragic events. They could be projections of our own fears or worries. This does not mean we should ignore them. If something could be done to prevent them, do it.

If all the elements necessary for the occurrence of the event are completed on the spiritual or astral planes, nothing can be done to prevent them. However, if the completion of such an event depends on man?s will, it can be prevented or altered. Sometimes we are given warnings to let us see and prevent them. You should study all the elements of the vision to have the correct interpretation and response. I suggest you read my book ?Exploring the Powers of Your Inner Mind? for details of this concept.

Invisible companions

I read what you wrote about invisible companions actualizing our thoughts. I believe I have many invisible friends. I refer to them as my ?tropa [gang].? Some are playful, others naughty.

Is there a way I can assure that my thoughts will only be my musings and will not be communicated to my friends, lest they try to do something about them?

LEMUEL

I?m afraid there?s no way you can shield your thoughts from them. So it is best to be on guard and try not to think ill of others. Otherwise, innocent people may get hurt. Think positive as much as possible. And try to communicate with your ?tropa? and learn to listen to them.

Meditation can help overcome depression

Last year, I was diagnosed with dysthymia, a low-grade type of depression. I was given antidepressants for more than eight months. There was marked improvement. Unfortunately, dysthymia recurs. I am now depressed.
I wonder if you can recommend a healer who can help me. I do not want to be dependent on medication. I no longer want to be fearful of its recurrence. I want to be happy and healthy.

NAME WITHHELD UPON REQUEST

I am reluctant to recommend healers, especially in public. If my recommended healer does not succeed, I sometimes get blamed for it. No healer is 100-percent effective.

Meditation can help you overcome your depression but again not everybody responds in the same way to it. So you must find a cure that works best for you. My office has a list of healers of various types, but this is just a list we give those who ask for it. It is not to be construed as a recommendation. I do not take responsibility for what the healer does or charges the patient. You may call my office if you are still interested after the above caveat.
