ACCORDING to the ?Doctrine of Whole Food Signatures,? every whole food has a pattern based on its shape and configuration and each whole food has a design that resembles a body organ or physiological function in the former?s natural shape or when sliced.
Carrots are beneficial for eye health for they enhance blood flow to the eyes.
The tomato has four chambers. Researchers have proven that tomato is blood food.
In a cluster, grapes take the form of a heart. Each grape looks like a blood cell. Grapes are highly nutritious and contain blood-revitalizing properties.
Walnuts are considered brain food.
Kidney beans help maintain kidney function.
Celery, rhubarb, and bok choy assure bone health. These special foods replenish the needs of the skeletal body.
Avocados balance hormones, prevent cervical cancer and help a woman in losing weight after pregnancy.
Interesting truth: It takes nine months for an avocado to become a ripened fruit just like it takes nine month for a fetus to become fully grown in the womb.
Figs increase the motility of male sperm addressing infertility problems.
Sweet potatoes help control blood sugar and balance the glycemic index of diabetics.
Olives help in the function of ovaries.
Grapes, oranges, citrus fruits enhance breast health and the movement of lymph in and out of breasts.
Onions clean body waste from body cells.
You are what you eat
Sure it sounds like a cliche??You are what you eat.? But it?s true. It?s so simple but we take it for granted.
The modern diet is high on processed food (loaded in preservatives, chemicals, artificial seasoning, transfats, hydrogenated oils) and low on organic food (raw, fresh, naturally- grown vegetables, fruits and wild fish and free range chicken).
Truth is, our body produces more than 10 million new cells every second. And how healthy is the food we are feeding all these cells that are literally baby cells?
Digestive stress
Ninety percent of all nutrients are absorbed by the small intestine, around 20 to 25 feet long. Then digested food goes through the large intestine (or colon) which is around five feet long. If you have the habit of gulping down your food because you?re always in a hurry, chances are, your gut undergoes digestive stress each mealtime.
Here?s a tip: Chew 15-18 times before you swallow your food (especially carbohydrates which is broken down by saliva). Imagine years of abuse, neglect and overloading of your digestive system. Can it be undone? There are several ways:
1. Go light. Instead of a plateful, have half a portion.
2. Fast. Stick to fresh vegetable juices.
3. Digestive cleanse. If you are serious about doing a major overhaul from within, try Easy Cleanse by Easy Phamax, a Malaysian wellness company with offices worldwide.
A three-day meal includes wheatgrass powder, Biocell and biodiet powder that can be mixed in chocolate and strawberry flavors. Have anything fresh and raw in between such as fruits and vegetables.
Result: four to six pounds weight loss and expelling of fecal matter that has remained inside your colon for many years.
Note: If you have been constipated, then the old fecal matter is still inside you. This becomes the breeding ground for parasites which welcome free radical damage to cells, thus leading to cancer.
If your trips to the toilet are not regular (at least one to three times a day), you need inner cleansing. Be glad to see old junk called mucoid plaque coming out of you as a result of a detox regimen. This combines carrots, red rice, soy beans, palm oil powder, vegetables/ fruit extracts and guar gum. Love and light!
