WITH the last building nearing completion, the developer of East Residences-Ortigas looks forward to finally unveiling a unique lifestyle that combines the best of rural living with the best of urban living.
“With the three buildings—Amethyst, Topaz, Jade— already completed, the Ivory becomes the last and final piece of this modern contemporary community located on Ortigas Avenue Extension in Rosario, Pasig City,” said Romarico Alvarez, chair of PA Metro Residence Builders Inc. (PAMRBI).
Once completed, East Residences-Ortigas will offer 438 units. Available units are priced from P1.029 to P1.5 million depending on the location.
With the project’s strong performance, Alvarez said the company has proven that buying condominiums is viable investment and that demand is strong in the affordable segment.
Upscale appeal
“We designed the buildings so that each floor will only have a maximum of six units. This offers an upscale appeal designed to communicate a feeling of exclusivity,” Alvarez described.
He added that each of the 30-square-meter unit will have ceramic-tiled flooring, modular kitchen counter with base cabinet, provisions for phone line, cable and window-type air-conditioning. End units will have balconies.
“Aside from what our residents will be able to enjoy inside, we also built within this almost a hectare development facilities like a multipurpose hall, swimming pool, parks and playground as well as a separate building to park vehicles,” described Gary de Guzman, PAMRBI head of Strategic Sales and Marketing Department.
Alvarez said the East Residences-Ortigas will offer a more relaxing surroundings because the community is sheltered from traffic noise, thus giving future residents a place of retreat and relaxation.
Few kilometers
“And yet, the development is just a few kilometers away from the Ortigas business district and the numerous shopping centers and entertainment destinations within the area,” De Guzman described.
This is why, Alvarez said, most of their buyers have been young professionals, start-up families, active retirees and even students who would love to enjoy less driving time to their work or school.
“These homebuyers don’t want to be located too far from their work or school. If you’re working in Ortigas or Makati or studying in UP [University of the Philippines) Diliman, Miriam College or Ateneo de Manila in Quezon City, they will all be just a few minutes drive or commute. Need to buy groceries or want to eat out, Ever Gotesco Rosario Mall is right across the main gate,” Alvarez shared.
Considering that the East Residences-Ortigas is PAMRBI’s first foray into vertical housing development, Alvarez said they made sure their future residents will feel proud of their decision.
“With East Residences-Ortigas location, facilities and price package that could be coursed through Pag-Ibig or bank financing, this development should suit most homebuyers’ preference,” he said.
