MANILA, Philippines ? Ruby Gan is a very busy woman. This entrepreneur slash mom slash powerlifter has her hands full running branches of Schu and her Greenbelt 5 store Myth, adjusting to the new college schedules of her sons, Martin and Ralph, and preparing for her powerlifting competitions.

But this does not mean she is too busy to enjoy one of her life?s passions? food.

I am adventurous when it comes to food. I like to try different cuisine and entrees.
