You need exercises to bridge the gap between them,? says trainer Aohra Feliciano. She recommends adopting exercises that use rotational movements that target the hard-to-hit areas.

1. Lengthen both arms overhead, palms facing outwards, while keeping the shoulders down. Feel the tension in the muscles.

2. Rotating the right shoulder from the shoulder socket, draw the right elbow joint down to the side of the body. The palm faces inwards.

3. Lift the right arm back to the original position.
