How Wheatgrass helps promote colon health

IN THE PHILIPPINES alone, colon cancer ranks sixth overall as major cause of death. Worldwide, colorectal cancer ranks 3rd in cause of death (with lung cancer ranking as the No. 1 cause of death that afflicts 1.3 million every year and causes about 639,000 deaths a year).

Everyone is predisposed to colon cancer, more so for those who have been living either an abusive lifestyle, don?t exercise, have unhealthy eating habits that consist of high meat, processed food, low nutrients and very low fiber diets.

Genetic predisposition is one risk factor but lifestyle and environmental factors and stress all play a big role in the progression of colon cancer. In fact, everything we put into our body contribute to the development of cancer.

If constipation regularly happens, the internal lining of the intestine will thicken due to the accumulation of mucus and dead cells which eventually develops into ?mucoid plaque? or thickened fecal matter. Once the mucoid plaque forms, more fecal matter is trapped and the so-called self-poisoning begins.

To expel thickened fecal matters, one needs to do a complete colon cleansing program, regularly, consistently for two to three times a year. Normally, this is done through colonics and enemas or labatiba.

The best and the most effective colon cleansing program now available in the market is the ?So Easy 3-day Colon Cleanse.?

It is made from 100 percent natural ingredients -- wheatgrass, fruit and vegetable extracts, oil palm powder and enzymes -- to help loosen up hardened fecal matter, detach the stagnant mucoid plaque in the intestinal wall and push the waste out from the colon.

It cannot be emphasized enough how seriously important it is to thoroughly cleanse the colon and be rid of the toxic stubborn fecal matters sticking in the intestines? lining which, if left to decay can be the very nesting place for the growth and development of colon cancer.

Doing a colon cleanse regularly is a must but taking care of ourselves to avoid the build up of waste is equally important. Drinking at least 8 glasses of clean water every day helps keep our bowel movement regular.

Add to this daily exercise, eating fruits, vegetables and foods rich in fiber like Easy Pha-max Wheatgrass, and our body, especially our colon, is kept in the peak of health. Easy Phamax Wheatgrass is loaded with antioxidants and cleansing chlorophyll that help neutralize toxins and improve our digestive function.
