WITH THE FIRST of AmiSa Private Residences? six residential towers topping off next month, Robinsons Land Corp. is confident that its first master-planned five-star leisure resort community in Mactan, Cebu will turn out to be a winner.
RLC informed that the 14-story Tower A is set to top off by mid-September, seven months ahead of its scheduled May 2010 completion.
?Sales of Tower A units have been brisk, allowing the company to start and complete the project earlier than scheduled. In fact, we are already preselling Tower B,? informed Roseann Coscolluela-Villegas, RLC corporate PR manager.
She added that while the bulk of their buyers were from the Visayas, a significant number also are overseas Filipinos and investors from Manila.
Breathtaking scenery
?The place where AmiSa is located --Punta Engano in Mactan -- has breathtaking scenery and provides future residents utmost privacy and comfort,? Villegas described.
AmiSa will rise on a 5-hectare property that features 170-meter beachfront. Named after a Sanskrit term for an object of enjoyment or pleasure,
AmiSa will feature (Australia) Gold Coast-inspired architecture that will soar above the rest of the natural structures to take advantage of the scenic views the location offers.
Those at the beachfront will be rewarded with the magnificent views of the Magellan Bay and the picturesque northern towns of mainland Cebu.
Amenities are fast taking shape as RLC informed that AmiSa?s clubhouse and swimming pools are set to be completed by the first quarter of next year to ensure its first set of residents will have a place to relax and unwind.
Once completed, AmiSa will have a five-star hotel with amenities, an entertainment center, two big pools, tree-lined walks and nooks, pocket parks and open spaces that lead to a pristine white sand beach and sports activity areas.
Island living
?These ongoing resort developments will enable residents and their guests to enjoy island living while at the same time enable them to contribute in the care and preservation of the environment,? Villegas explained.
She added that AmiSa?s development is much welcome as this will enhance the island?s image as a popular tourist destination.
While a showroom is located at the AmiSa site in Punta Engano, RLC also set up another showroom at the Padre Faure Wing of Robinsons Place Manila and at the RLC Grand Showroom in Robinsons Galleria.
