MANILA, Philippines ? A few weeks ago, Robinsons Land Corp. unveiled a 50.70-square-meter model unit of The Trion Towers that it described as ?refreshing symphony of space and light, imbued with tropical flair but nonetheless decidedly and elegantly modern.?
Located at the project?s actual site ? Eighth Avenue corner McKinley Parkway, Bonifacio Global City ? the model unit is hoped to reflect one?s move toward enjoying the ultimate in condominium living.
?The unit is hoped to provide prospective homebuyers a glimpse of a living space that can be easily managed and personalized, with amenities that will be kept in great shape by a maintenance staff, services not typically available to single-detached homeowners,? described Raoul Littaua, RLC senior vice president for sales and marketing.
Looking at the unit, one would notice that the furniture are laid out to create a simple but unified flow of the functions of each area, while the furnishings come in clean lines to take away visual clutter.
Cool shades of green give the room a healthy aura, while textured tones of beige and brown provide a homey earthiness, and according to its interior designer, Samantha MT Hontivero of SMTH/designs interior designer, these colors are vibrant but do not overpower the space.
?Robinsons Land develops homes with unique air flow and that embrace natural light in its purest form. A smart and thoughtful designer could only hone such beautiful premium qualities in the interiors,? Hontiveros said.
Elbow units
The unit is one of what is referred to as ?elbow units,? so-called because of their different shape from regular condo units.
According to architect Albert Yu of ASYA Design Partner, the interior spaces of these irregular Trion units are ?manageable and the living area is provided with generous space allowing occupants to conduct tasks and relax their intuitive minds.?
This is the result of The Trion Towers? so-called tri-axial design, meaning the project?s three 49-story towers radiate from the center and projects outward to make three buildings offer more privacy and more open sides for windows and expansive views.
The tri-axial design also gave each of the tower a sweeping vista of various parts of Bonifacio Global City in particular and the sprawling metropolis in general.
But more than picturesque vistas and airy spaces, Littaua said The Trion Towers also offers beautifully landscaped Central Plaza Garden that is spread throughout the property.
?There will also be ponds, calming meditation gardens, cozy reading nooks, healing paths and a majestic fountain ? all of which are designed to provide ?psychic benefits? to homeowners. There is also a Stargazer?s Garden for totally magical evenings, while homeowners with balconies can enjoy relaxing moments al fresco,? he said.
Also available
Other amenities available at The Trion Towers are beach-type swimming pool, a lap pool, a kiddie pool, children?s playgrounds, bicycle tracks and an outdoor fitness area.
For those who would still go out, the Bonifacio Global City is filled with top-notched entertainment and leisure destinations ? from first-rate retail stores and dining hubs to kinetic game spots and movie theaters.
The RLC informed that units at The Trion Towers are all flats and come in one-bedroom, (ranging from 42.13 to 55.29 sq m), two-bedroom, (58.98 to 61.83 sq m) and three-bedroom model units, (101.11 to 123.02 sq m).
These units are priced from P3.5 million to P5 million for the one-bedroom units; from P5.2 million to P9.6 million for the two-bedroom units and three-bedroom units.
