Dela Paz was barred by customs inspectors from boarding a flight out of Moscow on October 11 after they found what was left of the said amount in his carry-on luggage. The cash was beyond the allowable limit.

P728 million: Total amount of the controversial fertilizer fund released before the 2004 elections. At the center of the issue is former agriculture undersecretary Jocelyn ?Joc-joc?
