1. Carry a water bottle everywhere you go.

3. Try wearing a digital watch that beeps every hour as a reminder to pour water as your next drink. Be sure to do it religiously.
4. Get a water purification system. You will eventually realize that purified water tastes a lot better than tap water.
5. Add lemon or lime slices to your water to enhance its taste. Try mint herb too.
6. Eat water-rich foods such as fruits and vegetables. Watermelon is 92 percent water and lettuce 90 percent.
7. Keep water cold if you find that it tastes better that way.
