IN the story ?From Half-Baked to Top Chef? that appeared in the Aug. 15, 2010 issue of the Sunday Inquirer Magazine, several misinformation were quoted in the write-up for the International School for Culinary Arts & Hotel Management (ISCAHM), including this sentence about one of our alumni: ?Charles Olalia is Chef de Partie at Wolfgang Puck?s French Laundry Restaurant in Chicago.?

I fully take responsibility for the wrong information inadvertently provided the SIM writer, and would like to state the following corrections, as provided by Mr. Olalia:

1. Charles Olalia did not work for Wolfgang Puck.

2. The French Laundry is not owned by Wolfgang Puck.

3. The French Laundry is in Yountville, California.

4. Olalia is currently the Chef of the Executive Building in Oracle Headquarters.

Please accept my deepest apologies for the misinformation.
