Pantry Pics

Some fashionistas like to take a peek inside other people’s closets. Some foodies like opening others’ refrigerators.

Now, with this blog, ref voyeurs don’t have to get out of the house to see what others have in their fridge.

This site has all sorts of people (college girls, cheese-loving vegetarians, pastry students) showing us what’s inside their pantries and food bins.

Couture Cupcakes

Don’t mind the occasional movie reviews and write-ups about her celebrity crushes. The majority of the blog entries here are about the author’s yummy cupcake creations.

Not only does she post a lot of pictures of her concoctions, she also posts the recipes, so you can make them yourself.

The ingredients she uses also go beyond the usual, like lychee, black pepper and alcoholic drinks such as Midori and Kahlua.

Snacks From Around the World
http://community.livejournal.com/snacksters

This site is packed with pictures and descriptions of various snacks from all over the world: chips, chocolate bars, candies, native delicacies. Members also exchange goodies from each other’s countries. The discoveries—Kiwifruit Kitkat from Japan, roast lamb and mint-flavored potato chips from New Zealand, chili powder-covered cucumber-flavored lollipop—are always culturally stimulating, not to mention mouth-watering.
