Ulterior motive: The 20th Neil Pryde International Fun Board Cup

MANILA, Philippines?For the past 20 years, the Neil Pryde International Fun Board Cup has been gathering all wind-surfers (and for the past 3 years, kite-surfers) from over 18 countries to Boracay for an annual competition. Men and women who are more comfortable with water at their feet and the wind on their sails competed for a week to best each other in such events as the slalom race, speed trials and kite-surfing exhibitions.

While the athletes battled it out in the day, they partied like the best of them at night. On one particular afternoon when the wind wasn?t cooperating, the participants made an impromptu race in full costume which led to the fashion show that same evening.
