PLAY the game. Or at least wait for it. At the San Diego Comic-Con, it was announced that a Dexter video game would be released for the iPhone and iPhone Touch via iTunes, and that the games would have different episodes.
Listen to the songs. Dexter: Music from the Showtime Original Series was released in 2007. You can also get it from iTunes, and the iTunes version includes five bonus tracks.
Buy Dexter merchandise on the Showtime website (www.sho.com/site/dexter). It even has a blood-splattered pillow made by art students. Seriously.
Visit Dexter’s MySpace page (http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=152869383 or do a Google search). He is strangely open in his profile, saying, “I hunt down and brutally murder those vicious criminals who have managed to avoid the clutches of the law. I would, however, never harm an innocent soul.”
We get a kick out of his list of favorite TV shows: “My show, Dexter. I also really enjoy Six Feet Under for some reason.” Leave comments, too, if you want. His fans do, including one who wrote this note: “Dexter, I hope you have a good b-day. If you want to have some kinky fun, let me know.”

Yes, a haiku.
