2BU! CELEB SURVEY
What do you miss most about school?

By Niño Mark Sablan
Philippine Daily Inquirer

Last updated 17:27:00 03/18/2008

Hanging out with friends! We had so much fun doing nothing and smelling like French fries at the end of the day, since we hang out a lot at McDonald?s beside school.?Sam Oh, De La Salle University

Walking from building to building. It was my only exercise.?Nikki Gil, 20, Ateneo de Manila University

School life itself! The campus, classes, classmates.? Bianca Gonzales, 25, ADMU

I love reciting! Especially when it comes to hard questions. Now that we?re on vacation, I miss pretending to be a smart guy in class.?Luke Jickain, San Beda College

The whole college atmosphere: attending college sporting events and rooting and yelling till your guts spilled, an urgent sense of resourcefulness due to being broke every day, being a senior in college and all its perks. Call me crazy, but I also miss the food at school.?Rovilson Fernandez

The simplicity of a student?s life. I also miss eagerly awaiting the new batch of freshmen to see if there was a pretty new girl in campus. I also seriously miss the teachers. ?Lance Raymundo, 27, University of the Philippines-Manila

All those field trips and school fairs.?Chesca Garcia, 27, Southville International School

I hated wearing uniforms but now I miss it!?Aubrey Miles, 28, University of Santo Tomas

The study groups! Quite ineffective for actual study, but great for sitting around, chatting and eating snacks and pretending to be productive. ?Nancy Castiglione, University of Manitoba

Hanging out with my friends during breaks and making music along corridors.?Marc Abaya, 28, ADMU

I really miss ROTC and my favorite subject, advanced typing (not!). But, yeah, we had typing class before. What I really miss, though, is my daily allowance from my parents.?JM Rodriguez, DLSU

Unlike other people, I had a really hard life in high school and college. I never fit in and was treated miserably. I came out of my shell and found happiness only after my graduation. So it?s bittersweet when I say this: I miss absolutely nothing.? Bianca Valerio, 27, DLSU
